Why Diner Booth Co. exists
The American diner look is one of the most loved restaurant styles in the world: rolled vinyl booths, gleaming trim, laminate tables with metal edges, a counter of stools. It is also one of the most abused. Booths take hundreds of guests a week, ketchup, milkshakes and the occasional child standing on the seat. Vintage pieces look right and fall apart; generic contract booths survive but look like nothing in particular.
Diner Booth Co. is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture that builds the fifties look on modern commercial construction: hardwood and steel frames, high-resilience foams, contract vinyls chosen by abrasion and cold crack ratings, and trim specified to last.
How we work
Everything starts with your plan. Send us the floor plan, seat count and the look you want, and we come back with booth lengths, table sizes and a quote. Every piece is then drawn in a dimensioned shop drawing, with vinyl, trim and laminate samples sent for approval. Nothing is built until you or your designer sign off, and a pre-production sample can be made first.
Because everything is made to order, booth lengths match your walls to the inch, colors match your brand, and your own vinyl or leather (COM/COL) can be used. Foams and covers are specified to your market's rules on request, for example CAL TB 117-2013, and test reports for specific items are provided where available.
The factory
Diner Booth Co. furniture is made at EASEN's own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, China, one of the world's largest centers for furniture making and trade. Frame shops, upholsterers, metal finishers and laminate suppliers are a short drive apart, which lets us build booths, tables and chairs for one diner in one production run. We ship factory-direct by sea, quoted FOB, CIF or DDP. There is no local warehouse; the advantage is that nothing is a stock size.
Typical lead times are 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, always confirmed in your quote.
Who it is for
Diner owners, burger joints, milkshake and soda bars, retro coffee shops, and the designers and contractors who build them, whether it is a single neighborhood diner or a concept being rolled out to several locations.
Experience behind the line
The EASEN team has furnished busy restaurants and lounges, including Sichuan restaurants in Beijing and Hangzhou, a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong and the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou. Diner Booth Co. applies that experience with high-traffic upholstery and made-to-measure seating to the American diner.
